We want you to love your purchase from www.my-nen.com. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.


1. Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), for any reason.

To cancel your order:

  • Email us at support@my-nen.com with your order number

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding delivery fees, if applicable) within 14 days.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We will either:

  • Replace the item

  • Offer a full refund

  • Cover the return shipping

Please provide photos of the issue to speed up the process.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used personal care items (e.g. tongue scrapers that have been opened or used)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked “final sale”


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@my-nen.com with your order number

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Package the item securely and obtain proof of postage

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider or bank

  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@my-nen.com
